In the early part of 2005, Liberty Builders, along with a number of other high profile building companies, were invited to tender for the construction of a 14 apartment development with associated basement parking at 903 Riversdale Road, Camberwell.

Liberty Builders stood out as the obvious choice, not only by virtue of the fixed price quotation and their professional and friendly manner, but more so due to the transparent and detailed approach to the preparation of the quote. Implicitly, we were totally confident that they had done their homework which augured well for the timely and efficient execution of the project.

In January 2006 we commissioned Liberty Builders to construct a brick home in Blackburn, Victoria. The purpose of the building was to provide new accommodation for Elizabeth's mother.

Throughout the project we were most impressed by the professionalism and care demonstrated by Tino and Benny from Liberty Builders.

Effective communication with the client – Tino and Benny were always available to discuss aspects of the project with us and kept us informed of project developments. This included supplying digital photographs of construction stages whilst we were overseas. They communicated with us in an open and honest manner and demonstrated care and commitment in dealing with the Elizabeth's mother who the dwelling was being constructed for.

Commitment to quality workmanship – we are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We were particularly impressed by Benny's knowledge of the building industry, his commitment to producing quality results and his capacity to provide innovative solutions to construction problems.

Fair and open dealing – the contract arrangements that we negotiated with Liberty Builders were honoured throughout the agreement. We discussed and agreed on the cost of the project and variations as they arose. At all times we felt that we were dealing with an honest and reputable company.

Supervision of sub contractors – the work performed by subcontractors was supervised by Liberty Builders. The team of subcontractors selected by Tino and Benny were equally committed to producing a quality product. We appreciated the independent manner in which their work was supervised and approved by Liberty Builders.

Personal relationship with the client – both Tino and Benny have a capacity to establish a personal relationship with the client this makes it easy to ask questions and discuss issues as they arise.

Overall we are very satisfied with the work of Liberty Builders. Tino and Benny have a true sense of pride in their work and ownership of the finished product. This we believe was a key ingredient in Liberty Builders being able to deliver quality products to their customers.
